Refund & Cancellation Policy

Pete Buchanan Golf values every member and is committed to providing high-quality training and coaching support. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for memberships and digital services.


1. Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard.

When you cancel:

  • Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged again unless you re-subscribe

There are no long-term contracts, and you may upgrade or downgrade at any time.


2. Refund Policy

Because membership plans provide immediate access to digital training content (including the Drill Vault), refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted.

However, if you experience:

  • An accidental duplicate charge
  • A technical billing issue
  • An unexpected payment error

Please contact us and we will review the situation fairly.


3. Coaching Membership Services

Coaching memberships may include live lessons, swing reviews, and feedback services.

If you cancel:

  • Coaching services will continue through the end of your billing period
  • Unused lessons do not roll over unless explicitly stated

4. Intensive Coaching Programs

6-month and 12-month coaching intensives are offered by application and may have separate terms provided during enrollment.
