Step 1 — Pick Your Tier

Lite, Core, or Elite. Each includes a practice schedule so you always know what to do next.

Step 2 — Submit Your Baseline

Send a Face-On + Down-the-Line swing. You’ll get priorities and a training focus.

Step 3 — Follow the Plan

Train weekly, check in monthly, and build month-to-month progress.

What You’ll Need

  • A phone tripod (or stable surface)
  • Face-On + Down-the-Line angles
  • 8–10 swings per angle
  • A place to practice 2–3x per week
