A simple training framework to build repeatable impact and contact. Use this as your baseline practice schedule unless I customize one for you.
Weekly Structure
Day 1 — Pattern + Contact
- ✓ 10 min: slow-motion rehearsals
- ✓ 20 min: drill → half swings
- ✓ 15 min: random targets
Day 2 — Speed + Balance
- ✓ 10 min: tempo swings
- ✓ 15 min: 3/4 swings
- ✓ 10 min: finish + hold
Your Check-In
Film Face-On + Down-the-Line once per week (even 5 swings each angle is enough). Keep your practice simple and repeatable.
